May 09 Moving country can be so difficult!!!! What Microsoft offers when relocating to DublinAt Microsoft Ireland we currently hire more than 20% of our employees from abroad annually, so we have gotten to understand the "pain" that can sometimes be endured when moving country with family and belongings, and setting up in entirely new surroundings. This transition can sometimes be easy, but more often is a challenge that can impact for months once one has moved. Over the last few years we have worked with some friends in the US, to tailor a program that takes the trauma out of moving and ensures a smooth transition to a new country, suburb, shopping centre, school, language and often much more! While each individual is different, and has a different set of needs, we tailor as much as possible to smoothen the road.
